All products are delivered digitally.

✓ No physical items will be shipped.

Products may be delivered through:

• instant download files
• PDF with links
• email delivery
• Canva template links
• contributor access to a Squarespace website template

3. LICENSE & PERMITTED USE

When purchasing a template from Figola Creative, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template.

You may:

✓ Use the template for your own business
✓ Customize the template for personal or client projects
✓ Modify colors, fonts, layouts, and images

You may NOT:

✗ Resell or redistribute the template files
✗ Share the template links or files with others
✗ Claim the design as your own original template

4. SQUARESPACE TEMPLATES

Squarespace templates are delivered as a new website template shared to the email address associated with your Squarespace account. Once access has been granted, you may accept the invitation and the website template will be transferred to your account.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining an active Squarespace subscription
• managing your hosting, billing, and account settings
• purchasing and connecting your domain name if required
• updating and maintaining your website content

Squarespace subscription fees and domain name purchases are not included with your template purchase unless explicitly stated.
Figola Creative is not responsible for platform changes, feature updates, or pricing adjustments made by Squarespace.

5. CANVA TEMPLATES

Canva templates require a Canva account.

✓ All Figola Creative templates are designed to be editable using a FREE Canva account.

Templates can be fully customized within Canva, including editing:

• text
• colors
• images
• layouts

Please note that certain Canva features may require a Canva Pro subscription, for example:

• exporting files as transparent PNG or SVG
• publishing Canva websites or Link-in-Bio pages
• accessing certain premium images, elements, or fonts

These Canva Pro features are not included with your purchase and are subject to Canva’s own pricing and subscription terms.
Figola Creative is not responsible for platform updates or changes made by Canva.

6. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

✓ Once a product has been delivered or access has been granted, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available.

If you experience technical issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.
